The SMK RAPTOR series precision filtration system is equipped with the "Bub Power," a microfine bubble generator designed for water-soluble coolants. With ultra-fine microfine bubbles averaging 100 nanometers in diameter, it enhances conventional filtration performance, improving machining accuracy, cleaning efficiency, tool longevity, and cutting speed.

The SMK RAPTOR series precision filtration system is equipped with the "Bub Power," a microfine bubble generator for water-soluble coolants. Ultra-fine microfine bubbles averaging 100 nanometers in diameter generate active oxygen upon collapsing, providing a disinfecting function that suppresses coolant deterioration. Each cubic centimeter of coolant contains approximately 140 million microfine bubbles. In addition to conventional filtration performance, it enhances machining accuracy and cleaning efficiency. The bubbles penetrate gaps, reducing resistance at contact surfaces, leading to extended tool life and improved cutting speed.

The filtration unit is equipped with the integrated-case FWC filter, allowing one-touch replacement via coupler detachment after use. No liquid splashes or sludge cleaning are required, minimizing maintenance. Its compact housing enables smooth mobility, keeping the worksite extremely clean. The SMK RAPTOR series is a popular lineup featuring a compact housing and sleek design, suitable for a wide range of environments. A hand-operated switch eliminates complicated operations, while a beacon light monitors pump status and detects abnormalities. In case of pressure exceeding a set limit inside the filter housing or liquid leaks, sensors detect the issue and automatically stop the system. Even in the event of a leak, the housing is designed to prevent external spillage.
