Reduction Simultaneously
The precision filtration filter "FWC" captures fine sludge particles as small as 3µm without the need for filtration aids to prevent clogging, while simultaneously extending filter life. By continuously filtering machining fluids and working oils, it significantly reduces waste liquid and oil volumes. At the same time, it lowers the cost of purchasing new fluids and oils, drastically reducing running costs. Additionally, reducing the purchase of new fluids and oils contributes to lower CO2 emissions during production. Furthermore, not using filtration aids enables the collected sludge to be recycled as a resource.
