By adopting newly developed high-performance fiber filter paper, this system achieves ultra-precision filtration. It is compatible with both oil-based and water-based liquids. The filtration speed is 20L/min for water-based liquids and 15L/min for oil-based liquids. The process is completed in one pass, ensuring extremely fast operation.

The precision filtration filter "FWC" captures fine sludge particles as small as 3µm without filtration aids to prevent clogging, while simultaneously extending filter life. By continuously filtering machining fluids and working oils, it significantly reduces the volume of waste liquids and oils. At the same time, it lowers the cost of purchasing new fluids and oils, drastically cutting running costs. Additionally, reducing the purchase of new fluids and oils contributes to lower CO2 emissions during production. It also improves machining quality by eliminating tool chipping caused by sludge and extends the lifespan of consumables.

The filter with an integrated case design allows one-touch replacement after use. There are no liquid splashes, and sludge cleaning and maintenance are no longer necessary, keeping the workspace remarkably clean. A hand-operated switch ensures simple operation without complexity. The pump's operational status and abnormalities are monitored via a beacon light. Additionally, if the pressure inside the filter housing exceeds a certain level or a liquid leak occurs, sensors detect the issue and automatically stop the system. Even in the event of a leak, the housing is designed to prevent external spillage.

Standard accessories include 3m hoses for both IN and OUT, along with an automatic shutdown feature.
