The SMK RAPTOR series precision filtration system is equipped with the "Bub Power," a microfine bubble generator designed for water-soluble coolants. With ultra-fine microfine bubbles averaging 100 nanometers in diameter, it enhances conventional filtration performance, improving machining accuracy, cleaning efficiency, tool longevity, and cutting speed.

The SMK RAPTOR series precision filtration system is equipped with the "Bub Power," a microfine bubble generator for water-soluble coolants. Ultra-fine microfine bubbles averaging 100 nanometers in diameter generate active oxygen upon collapsing, providing a disinfecting function that suppresses coolant deterioration. Each cubic centimeter of coolant contains approximately 140 million microfine bubbles. In addition to conventional filtration performance, it enhances machining accuracy and cleaning efficiency. The bubbles penetrate gaps, reducing resistance at contact surfaces, leading to extended tool life and improved cutting speed.

Yuasa Shoji Co., Ltd. coordinates systems combining microfine bubbles, high-performance filtration, and sensing technology to visualize effects, along with AI-based analysis and evaluation. They have developed a system that extends the life of machining and cleaning fluids, optimizes machining conditions and efficiency, and enhances equipment and tool performance. Under the motto "Transforming machining fluids, machining environments, and Japan’s manufacturing industry," they promote smart factory implementation. This effort culminated in the Bub Power system, which won the "64th Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun Top 10 New Product Awards: Monozukuri Award."

The SMK RAPTOR series is a popular lineup featuring a compact housing and sleek design, suitable for a wide range of environments. A hand-operated switch eliminates complicated operations, while a beacon light monitors pump status and detects abnormalities. In case of pressure exceeding a set limit inside the filter housing or liquid leaks, sensors detect the issue and automatically stop the system. Even in the event of a leak, the housing is designed to prevent external spillage.
