The precision filtration filter 'FWC' captures fine sludge particles as small as 3µm without the need for filtration aids to prevent clogging, while simultaneously extending filter life. By continuously filtering machining fluids and working oils, it significantly reduces the volume of waste liquids and waste oils. At the same time, it lowers the costs of purchasing new fluids and oils, drastically cutting running costs. Additionally, reducing the use of new fluids and oils contributes to lower CO2 emissions during production. It also improves machining quality by eliminating tool chipping caused by sludge and extends the lifespan of consumables.

The housing with a sliding mechanism allows easy access to the filter. The FWC filter features an integrated case design, enabling one-touch replacement without liquid splashes or the need for sludge cleaning, keeping the worksite impressively clean. In the event of an issue where the pressure inside the filter housing exceeds a certain limit or a liquid leak occurs, sensors detect the abnormality and automatically stop operation. Even if a leak happens, the housing is designed to prevent liquid from escaping externally.
